Working with EstImage: the 2021 roadmap

The road to 2021 was full of challenges, with the coronavirus pandemic impacting much of our daily lives. Despite this, the EstImage team spent 2020 working diligently on upgrading our products and services to ensure we continue to deliver optimised solutions to our customers.

Here’s a snapshot of what’s on the horizon for EstImage in 2021:

• EstImage for insurers: last year saw the release and transition of our EstImage 4 and 5 users to our new product, EstImage Motor. In 2021, we’ll continue to build the capability of this new solution by increasing capabilities for communications with brokers and third-party providers (salvage, towing, etc.), and redefining our reporting feature.

• EstImage for repairers: we’ve focused on designing and developing our new cloud-based solution, EstImage Online, which is specifically for repairers that work with insurers. In 2021, we’ll be out in the field running pilots with selected repairers to ensure EstImage Online is best in market, with a full release planned for later in the year.

This year, we’re also excited to expand our solutions into neighbouring markets including accident management and repair management. Our new solution, EstImage Connect, will be available this year to help streamline the triaging process and will directly connect customers with client services personnel to help guide them through collecting images and information for the repair process in real time.

Our focus for 2021 is to continue to implement features that let our technologies support the user experience, including co-browsing which supports collaborative system use by allowing multiple users to share the live system to mimic real-life support, the perfect solution for remote workers. 

As always, our strong, Sydney-based support team will remain available to support all new product releases and customer inquiries. Last year saw growth within our business management team based in Australia, with the appointment of our new marketing and product managers. These new team members work closely with Yannick Giguere, general manager, focussing on bringing to life our new solutions and supporting your business needs.
