Damien Haenga
General manager – Stelvio Australia
As the General Manager of Stelvio Australia, Damien brings 24 years of insurance sector experience to spearhead innovation within the EstImage product suite. Since joining in 2020, his focus on developing smart software solutions has positioned Stelvio to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
Damien's leadership is marked by a commitment to technological advancement and a deep understanding of client needs, driving Stelvio's success in the insurance industry.
Charles Gascon
Co-director of development, product owner – Stelvio
Since joining in 2010 as an intern, Charles transitioned to full-time work at Stelvio in 2011 and has continued to progress in his career since. After moving into a co-director of development role in 2018, Charles has maintained strong relationships with Stelvio’s developers, taking a hands-on approach.
Michael Sanford
Director of operations – Stelvio
After joining Stelvio as a senior polyglot developer in 2016, Michael moved into the role of cybersecurity analyst in the operations team in 2020 and was instrumental in Stelvio attaining its SOC 2 Type II posture. As director of operations, Michael leads the operations team to manage security and compliance functions and ensure Stelvio stays ahead of the evolving security landscape.
Gaetan Racine
Co-director of development – Stelvio
Since joining Stelvio in 1991, Gaetan has been responsible for a number of key projects with the company, including developing the first version of EstImage for Windows 3.1 and DOS. As a co-director of development, Gaetan works closely with the development team to deliver high quality products for customers with the best possible user experience.
Lyn Lalonde

Lyn has more than 18 years of experience helping owner-operated businesses succeed. As the director of human resources, Lyn works closely with the team to cultivate a culture that fosters strong customer relationships, contributing to the delivery of superior products, uninterrupted service, proactive support, and exceptional security for Stelvio customers.
Laura Ventulieri

Laura is Product Owner and has been with Stelvio since 2012, she plays a vital role in collaborating closely with our Australian team to gain a deep understanding of users' needs and the product vision. Working in tandem with our Canadian development team, Laura spearheads the implementation of essential changes across the EstImage product suite.
