Stelvio recognised in Insurance Business Australia 5-Star Insurance Innovators 2021 list

Stelvio is excited to share that we have recently been recognised in the Insurance Business Australia 5-Star Insurance Innovators 2021 list.

The inaugural 5-Star Insurance Innovators report from Insurance Business Australia presents a unique benchmarking opportunity for companies and consumers to compare organisations.

For the Stelvio team, 2020 provided a great opportunity to focus on strengthening our position as a leading provider of motor vehicle insurance technology (insurtech) solutions, as well as further expanding our services with a broader general insurance scope.

Stelvio increased the performance of our flagship product, EstImage Motor, by innovating, enhancing, and embedding additional features into the product including:

  • artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities

  • standardised methods for recording General Insurance Code of Practice notifications

  • risk indication measures

  • customised branding capabilities

  • conflicting registration detection

  • SMS and email communication.

We also further developed and enhanced supporting solutions within the EstImage product suite, including EstImage Connect, EstImage Online, and, most notably, EstImage Property, a new software solution that will service the property insurance market in a similar fashion to EstImage Motor. The solution simplifies the communication and administration of property claims between property insurers, suppliers, and customers.

Stelvio’s inclusion in the 5-Star Insurance Innovators 2021 list recognises our continued innovation of the EstImage suite of products. For example, the new EstImage Property solution—much like the full range of solutions within the EstImage product suite—empowers suppliers and insurers to continue using their preferred systems and processes, while ensuring that the data received can be accessed in a compatible format, rather than taking a more simplified, one-size-fits-all approach. EstImage Property automates data transfer between systems, ensuring that it is sent and received however it is required by both the insurer’s and the supplier’s systems.  

EstImage Property provides flexibility for insurers to customise their own processes within the system to meet specific requirements without sacrificing communication. The platform also empowers suppliers to operate independently within their own preferred systems, regardless of the insurers they work with, which makes this new solution unlike any other in market.
